The Authors may submit articles electronically round the year. The editors reserve the right to reject articles without sending them out for review. Submitted articles should not have been previously published or be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Briefs and research notes are not published in this journal. Submitted articles must be within the scope of the journal. All articles go through a peer review process.

If there is any problem in uploading the article through the form given below then the author can also send the article via email to submit@ijsce.org with the following details: Your name, Mobile No, WhatsApp No, Country Name, Email, Other email (optional), scope of the article, Author(s) Name (Min-01, Max 05), Title of the Article, Name of the journal.


    1.The file size should not be exceeded 1.5 MB. You can compress and convert file to PDF by using Neevia PDF compression and Converter🔗. It's free. So, compress and convert your file to PDF and try again.

    2.The file name should not exceed 10 characters without using any special characters.

    3.Internet bandwidth (speed) should be good. So, clear browser history and cookies, restart your device and try again with proper bandwidth.

    4.Please ensure that you have not used special characters like %, $, #, _, @ ,(,{,{etc) anywhere while filling the form.
