Abstract: Incremental Learning using Constructive algorithms help us to change the structure of the neural network by adding or removing the links. These algorithms start with a small network which grows dynamically by the addition of hidden layers/units. Thus we need to overcome the problem of overfitting and get a network with high generalization performance
