Rights Granted to Publisher and Authors:
To circulate and share research articles, the publishing rights will be determined through a publishing agreement established between the authors and Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication (BEIESP). This agreement ensures that Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication (BEIESP) has the right to transfer or license the copyright of published articles. At the same time, authors retain their rights to use and distribute their work. The Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication (BEIESP) firmly believes in empowering authors to freely share, distribute, and enhance the reach of their research. Without fail, we adhere to an open-access publishing model that upholds this ethos. Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication (BEIESP) has been granted the following rights for all articles published in proprietary titles:

  1. Under the open-access policy, the publisher has the sole authority to publish and distribute an article and can also authorize others, including for commercial purposes.
  2. The author retains the right to distribute the article in any format or medium, allowing its use on the most current technologies, even after publication.
  3. An author can take legal action against third parties who violate their rights, such as committing plagiarism or infringing on their copyright. This authority enables the author to protect their work and ensure their intellectual property is respected.

Protecting Author Rights:
The Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication (BEIESP) places great importance on protecting authors’ written works and reputations through copyright. In case of any ethical disputes, fraud, plagiarism or infringement, we have a dedicated in-house legal department to handle such matters. However, it should be noted that some open-access licenses allow for broad re-use, which may not constitute copyright infringement. Please get in touch with the chief editor if you require permission to use an article.

The opinions expressed, and figures provided in the journal are the sole responsibility of the authors. The publisher and the journal editors bear no responsibility in this regard. Any such liabilities are disclaimed. All disputes are subject to Bhopal (M.P.), India jurisdiction only.
